LNG Training

One-day training course on LNG fire and safety

The course is intended for personnel who are operating and responsible for LNG terminals, and for rescue services for operational or planned LNG terminals.

The course consists of two parts: a theoretical and a practical part. Participants will learn about the construction of the LNG terminal and how it is operated. There will be a review of laws and regulations pertaining to LNG. Participants will also take part in fire drills where LNG is ignited and extinguished. There will be demonstrations of the properties of natural gas, both in liquid (LNG) and gaseous form, and a demonstration of an LNG truck.

Next one-day LNG course will be held on 3rd and 4th of May 2018

Participants have a choice of two days. There is room for 20 persons each day, on a first come, first served basis.
Lectures will be held in Swedish/Norwegian.
